Absolutely in love with this bracelet and the rest of their pieces. I couldn’t resist that bracelet though. I had to purchase it on the spot. It totally places some reminder of love, strength and balance in my life, especially as a designer and artist. It was made in Thailand and is made of pure Brass! Cant wait till it arrives! I will definitely post pics!

Dreams of a Fashion Haus

My love for Fashion is undying…its makes my day! It wakes me up, it puts me to sleep. Its like my own little productive drug….. I love creating! I love the rush I feel when I’ve figured out a design or found new ways to manipulate a bit of printed fabric. I love the sound of my machine or serger hammering away in the dead of the night, while all the people are asleep. I love patterns, colors and textures. I love the feeling of sharp shears going through fabric. I love Vogue. I love, I love the beauty of fine thread. I love the way a fabric feels on my skin (wow i’m getting excited! this damn coffee) I love ……. Let me calm down…I just love it all.

Tinaaaaaaa Teww (Tina Two)

Sooooo! A while ago I got the Singer stylist II (Tina Tew) sewing machine because I figured I needed a new Modern Machine after partially ending my love affair with my old Kenmore sewing Machine (Tina). Although I had Mrs. Tew I was still in love with Tina and used her for everything.

I had to get over her because Mrs. Tew is obviously faster, computerized and has more features. So i began to really get into Tina Tew, only realizing that she has a love for skipping stitches while im sewing!! I am at my wits end, and unfortunately none of the stitch masters online have done any reviews or trouble shooting techniques on her.

I am at my last resort to solving the problem by ordering more needles online since it could be the needle and my designs right now include lots of knit fabrics. Sigghhhhhh O Mrs Tew. Why wont you fix yourself so we can carry on! Well I guess Tina has my heart again because her needles dance as we sew.
